2nd Congress of the Polish Society of Infusion Nursing
We invite you to submit abstracts and posters for the 2nd Congress of the Polish Society of Infusion Nursing.
ABSTRACTS
Abstracts should be submitted by March 30, 2026.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the scientific journal European Journal of Infusion Nursing following approval by the Conference Scientific Committee. Authors of selected abstracts will also be invited to present their work during oral presentation sessions.
Abstract Preparation Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted electronically in one of the following formats:
.doc / .docx / .pdf / .txt via the submission form below.
Research abstracts should include the following sections:
- Title
- Background
- Aim
- Material and Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Keywords
Review abstracts should include:
- Title
- Brief introduction to the topic
- Aim
- Keywords
The abstract must not exceed 500 words.
Abstract Acceptance
All submissions will undergo peer review by members of the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance by email.
Full Manuscript Submission
There is also an opportunity to publish full conference papers in the biannual journal European Journal of Infusion Nursing, subject to a positive peer-review process.
POSTERS
Posters should be submitted by March 30, 2026.
All submitted posters will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Authors of selected posters will be invited to present their work during the poster session at the conference in the form of a 10-minute presentation.
Authors may submit more than one poster.
Poster Preparation Guidelines
- Preferred format: panoramic layout, 16:9 ratio (landscape orientation)
- File formats accepted: .jpg, .png, or .pdf
- The file name should include the surname of the first author and the poster title
- Maximum file size: 16 MB
- Poster content must be consistent with the conference theme
Poster Acceptance
All submitted posters will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance by email.
Important Information
Presentation of an abstract or poster is conditional upon conference registration and payment of the registration fee.
